Westchester County Executive George Latimer provided a coronavirus update during his daily news conference.

He said there were no updated numbers for Thursday, but numbers continue to go down. 

The active cases Wednesday were under 3,000. Hospitalizations were under 500 and there were seven deaths Wednesday. 

Latimer discussed the seven guidelines needed to open the county. He said Westchester currently meets five of the seven criteria.

He also discussed what businesses will open during the different phases of reopening the county.

Latimer said he is monitoring the census every day.
