Arrest warrants were expected to be executed against a Tarrytown couple Monday for allegedly providing booze for their underage son and his friends.
Police officers responding to a 911 call Saturday say they saw vomit and beer cans leading up to the Walden Road home. Officers say they found nine underage people at the house party, which was allegedly thrown by one teen's parents.
The teens were issued summonses to appear in court. Police planned to arrested Lewis Fitzgerald and his wife Monday for allegedly throwing the party. The parents are expected to be charged with one count each of unlawfully dealing with a child.
While Fitzgerald told a News 12 crew that he only threw a barbecue, police say he confessed to them during questioning.
