Wake services were held tonight for a 14-year-old girl who drowned in Lake Mahopac Friday afternoon.
Jenna Nolan, a student-athlete at Mahopac Middle School, disappeared into the lake while she was out with friends. Her death is still being investigated and autopsy results have not yet been made public.
Since her death, a memorial outside her Mahopac Point home continues to grow as grief-stricken friends and loved ones prepare to say their final farewells.
Nolan's wake is being held at Joseph J. Smith Funeral Home tonight and Tuesday. Her funeral is set for Wednesday morning.
