Frito-Lay has issued a voluntary recall of bags of Lay's Barbecue Potato Chips.
The company, which is a subsidiary of Purchased-based PepsiCo, says the chips may contain undeclared milk products.
Officials say the barbecue chip bags were accidentally filled with another flavor which contains milk products and that can make people with certain allergies sick.
The recall affects several sizes of bags including select Frito-Lay Variety Packs.
Consumers can return the product to a retailer for a refund or contact Frito-Lay Consumer Relations at 1-800-352-4477.
