A fire that fire officials say was started by a wood-burning stove damaged a Vista home Tuesday.
Fire officials say the fast-moving blaze destroyed part of the home?s roof just after 8 a.m. More than 20 firefighters from the northern part of Westchester County and from Connecticut responded to the blaze.
Firefighters relied on tankers to put out the fire because there are no hydrants in the area. No one was hurt.
