Two walls collapsed Tuesday night at the Victory Food Service expansion project, where debris and fallen power lines covered Dupont Street at Oak Point Avenue.
Construction workers believe strong winds are to blame for the collapse. Company manager Sunder Luthra says they just finished erecting the two walls and frames as they were in the middle of the project. Now, the crew is left to start over.
Despite the damage, Victory Food Service did not have to close down.
