Fire officials say that one of the people involved in a serious crash on the Hutchinson River Parkway Thursday night apparently walked themself to a police station.
That person was initially believed to have been ejected in the crash in the Rye Brook area of the parkway, and crews had been searching for them for a period of time.
A second person involved was taken from the scene of the crash to a hospital.
County police say the driver of one vehicle lost control, struck the center median and came to a stop after he says he was cut off by another car. A second car could not stop in time and struck the first. A third driver did the same.
That driver was taken to White Plains hospital with chest pains.
No summonses have been issued at this time, police say.
