The church is slated to only be used for special occasions starting in July.

It's also set to merge with Sacred Heart Parish in Monroe to consolidate resources - including priests.
But a new proposal would keep one Sunday Mass at St. Patrick's - along with funerals and weddings.
Baptisms, confirmations, daily mass, and confession would be moved to Sacred Heart.
Both proposals are still being considered and no decision has been made.
