A Kingston barber who allegedly continued to cut hair despite the NY On PAUSE order has tested positive for COVID-19.

A Kingston barber who allegedly continued to cut hair despite the NY On PAUSE order has tested positive for COVID-19.
News 12 is told the hairstylist was operating in defiance of the order and may have infected over a dozen people. 
“You can't really socially distance and do a haircut,” says Gov. Andrew Cuomo. “…That is by definition, an up-close and personal occupation."
Officials urge anyone who visited the Kingston barbershop on Broadway in the past three weeks to get tested immediately.
