A clean up from this week’s stormy weather turned deadly in Montville.
A worker died Thursday after coming in contact with a power line while working in a tree, according to Montville Township Chief Andrew Caggiano.
It happened around 4 p.m. on Taylortown Road. Caggiano said The Montville Fire Department, Morris County EMS and JCP&L responded to the scene. He says the worker was removed from the tree and transported to Morristown Memorial Hospital and later died.
