Two separate accidents involving pedestrians occurred just hours apart at Cliff Avenue and Radford Street in Yonkers Thursday afternoon.
First, a 14-year-old girl pushing a 2-year-old girl in a stroller was hit by a car attempting to turn at the intersection. The girl complained of neck and back pain, while the baby reportedly had pain throughout her body. The driver did not receive a ticket.
Nearly two hours later, two more people were hit - a 56-year-old Bronx woman and a 6-year-old boy from Yonkers. The vehicle, described as a white, four-door sedan, fled.
All of the pedestrians were taken to the hospital, but their injuries are not considered life-threatening. Police are still searching for the white car.
