The storms are bringing heavy rain, scattered ponding, isolated flash flooding over the next couple of hours.
These are quick hitting storms and most of it is expected to be done between 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.
County police warn that other parkways and roads in the region are wet and are asking motorists to go slower this morning.
