Three people are hospitalized after a serious crash in Orange County.

State police say the crash happened around 11:40 p.m. on Route 17 in Blooming Grove, near Exit 129 for Museum Village Road. They say the car likely struck a guard rail before rolling on its side and bursting into flames.

Three people inside the car were airlifted to the hospital.       

There is no word yet if speed or alcohol were a factor in the crash.
