Thousands of protesters gathered in Nyack Monday to support the Black Lives Matter movement.
The rally was held at the Nyack Center on South Broadway.
The protest was peaceful, with people holding signs and many wearing face masks.

Protesters took nine minutes of silence to represent the 9 1/2 minutes George Floyd's neck was held to the ground before he died.
A portion of the street was closed to traffic as thousands marched in solidarity for those who've lost their lives to injustice.
Although the crowd continued to grow, one thing remained constant -- peace.
