Testimony continued today in the "Corridor of Corruption" trial of former state Sen. Malcolm Smith.
The only person to take the stand was an undercover FBI agent known as "Raj."
The jury heard surveillance recordings of Sen Smith, "Raj," and a cooperating witness discussing a proposed civic center project in Spring Valley.
Smith is charged with giving bribes for that project in exchange for getting his name on the Republican ballot for New York mayor.
Noramie Jasmin, the former mayor of Spring Valley, is charged with accepting some of those bribes.
Her trial is scheduled for later this year.
