A teenager is under arrest after surveillance video caught him smashing the windshield of a state trooper?s car in Mount Kisco.
Police were on a meal break at the Mount Kisco Diner around 1 a.m. Tuesday when they noticed the damage to the cruiser. The diner parking lot has a sophisticated surveillance system, which caught a group of people leaving the diner. The tape showed one person of the group staying behind in the lot and an SUV cruising around. A worker in the diner noticed one of the people in the SUV had just paid for food with a credit card.
That credit card information led to the arrest of 17-year old Christopher Losee of South Salem. Losee has been charged with a felony count of criminal mischief.
