One of the six teens accused of assaulting a Greenburgh teen was released on bail Friday.Timothy Smith, 16, is accused of taking part in the beating of an eighth-grader at the Woodlands Middle/High School. The 14-year-old victim, whose leg was broken in two places, said he was attacked last Wednesday after an incident with a female student.Smith was released on $10,000 bail. The judge gave all six teens a 9 p.m. curfew, but suggested they come home earlier to avoid getting in to trouble.
