More than 400 elementary and middle school students across Westchester sang their hearts out at Sleepy Hollow High School in preparation for the All County Music Festival.
Teachers chose a select few from each district to be part of the concert.
"This is one big team," says Pocantico Hills music teacher Sheila DePaola. "Just like any sporting event where the kids are practicing together, they rely on each other and they come together to produce something magical."
The children say singing for the event is "an awesome feeling."
Music teachers from each district volunteer their time for the event every year.
