The suspect accused of killing three members of a young family during a home invasion faced a judge Monday for the first time.

 Kaliek Goode-Ford is facing three counts of murder in the fatal shootings of 27-year-old Jimmy Crisantos, 26-year-old Shatavia Crisantos and 9-year-old Giovanni Tambino, who is Shatavia's child from a previous relationship.

Officials say the three were killed during a home invasion at 1751 Route 300 around 8 a.m. on Jan. 26.

Police say a 3-year-old is in critical but stable condition and suffered multiple gunshot wounds. The child’s identity has not been confirmed. They say another child in the home was found unhurt.

 So far, police have not released a motive and are combing the Hudson River for the gun used.

 They say Goode-Ford, who previously faced a felony weapons charge in 2016, had a relationship with the victims.

He pleaded not guilty in their deaths.

Goode-Ford is expected to be indicted for murder by a grand jury on Friday. He's being held in Orange County Jail without bail.
