A News 12 viewer was recording video of the aftermath of cars crashing on the Bronx River Parkway when a car suddenly crashed into another.
The viewer said the video was taken during Saturday night's storm.
Mayor Bill de Blasio warned drivers during the storm to avoid the road - north of East Gun Hill Road - because of the multi-car crashes.
