Families celebrate the festival of lights at Chanukah City in Yonkers

Posted: Updated:

Jewish families made their way out to Yonkers to celebrate the first night of Hanukkah on Sunday.

The seventh annual Chanukah City offered took place at the Ridge Hill Shopping Center.

Those who came out had the chance to make their own dreidels out of clay, take pictures in front of a 15-foot menorah and ride around on the Hanukkah Express.

At sundown, attendees watched the lighting of the menorah.
