Police say a man was found dead across the street from the downtown post office in Spring Valley.

Police say a man was found dead across the street from the downtown post office in Spring Valley.
They say the body of the 59-year-old victim was discovered around noon Friday on North Madison Avenue.
Police say his death does not appear to be suspicious, and that the man is believed to be homeless.
