Many people in the Hudson Valley spent their Small Business Saturday getting ready for the impending winter storm headed toward the region.
News 12 reporter Laura Haefeli was at Grassy Sprain Hardware, where customers were stocking up on rock salt and shovels.

News 12 meteorologists say the winter storm arriving Sunday will linger through Monday, leaving several inches of accumulation especially in the upper Hudson Valley. Much of the region is under a winter storm watch.
