The IPIC theater in Dobbs Ferry is set to close on Monday.
In a statement on its website, the company cited ongoing restructuring as the reason for the closing.
Last August, the theater's parent company filed for bankruptcy.
It is the second major tenant at Rivertowns Square to shut down.
Brooklyn Market closed earlier and that space has not been filled.
