Aluf Plastics in Orangetown has been found guilty of violating town code regarding odor emissions on five separate occasions.
People who live in the neighborhood have been telling News 12 for years about the ongoing issue.
They have even held protests outside of the plastic bag manufacturing company, demanding cleaner air.
Aluf Plastics is scheduled for sentencing on Nov. 26.
