A new way of doing business is sweeping across Westchester, geared toward local entrepreneurs looking to get a jump-start on their startup brands.

Ryan Doran is co-founder of Koi Creative Space in White Plains. He describes the co-working space as “a gym membership for your business.”

“You can go in one day a week, one day a month or you can go there every day – working out your business,” he says.

The average price in New York for a co-working space is $250 to $750 a month. Koi averages $450 a month.
