A three-alarm fire broke out at Auto Dreams in Port Jervis Wednesday around 11:22 a.m.

Video of the fire shows smoke and intense flames coming out of the roof of the auto dealership at 73 Kingston Ave.

The one-story building was deemed destroyed within five minutes of the fire department arriving.

There were no injuries in the fire, but two vehicles were being worked on at the time the fire broke out.

Three to four vehicles next to the building were also exposed to the fire but there was no explosion.

The Port Jervis School District posted a message on Facebook saying it was working to get students home safely.

The school district added that students who typically walk up Hamilton street to get home would be transported by bus.

All after-school practices were to be held inside due to the fire.
