Officials say a brush fire engulfed two acres of Lake Carmel Saturday afternoon.

They say nearly half a dozen fire departments rushed to the large brush fire on Presbyterian Way.

Officials say it started in a wood chip pile and spread to over two acres, with the fire smoldering underground.

It's not clear what sparked the fire.
