A Middletown teenager was arrested in connection to a rape on the Mount Saint Mary College campus.
Police say Noah Baker, 19, sexually assaulted and choked the victim last fall.
Baker was arrested Wednesday on several charges. He is being held without bail at the Orange County Jail.
