Tom Walsh came out as the decisive victor in the Democratic primary for Rockland County district attorney.

All four candidates in the Rockland district attorney race said turnout was key to determine who would win.

Walsh came into Tuesday feeling positive about his chances of winning. The former state Supreme Court judge will also be the Republican and Conservative candidate.

State Assemblyman Ken Zebrowski garnered the second-most votes, but fell short with 25% of the vote.

Trish Gunning came in third with 16% of the vote, and Victor Alfieri Jr. came in fourth with 7%.
