SAUGERTIES -

A Saugerties man is accused of pulling out a knife on a neighbor during an argument.

Officials say the neighbor had complained about music being played too loud last night on Route 9W.

That's when police say Vincent Sasso said he was "going to gut" the neighbor and pulled out the knife.

The 35-year-old was taken into custody and released.

He is due back in court this week.
