Yonkers resident’s film featured at Yonkers Film Festival

A Yonkers resident’s film was featured at the Yonkers Film Festival.
William Dickerson's film "No Alternative" is set in 1994 in Yonkers, and tackles mental illness, addiction and suicide.
Dickerson says the city and Mayor Mike Spano's office made it easy for them to film to movie.

The movie is based on a novel Dickerson wrote, which will be released again in May.

The movie is currently available on multiple media outlets.
