A new indictment is revealing more details about a quadruple murder, allegedly at the hands of a former Briarcliff Manor police officer.
Nicholas Tartaglione is accused of killing four Middletown men over a drug deal in 2016.
Federal court documents say Tartaglione killed one of those men at a Chester bar.
Tartaglione then allegedly moved the other three men to his Otisville property, where the court filings say he killed them, and buried all four victims.
Last month federal prosecutors announced they were seeking the death penalty against him.
