Police: Brazen bandit burgles Yonkers apartment complex twice
Yonkers police released surveillance video of the burglary suspect who may have hit a building twice this month.
Investigators were seen on Monday night scouring the courtyard with flashlights looking for evidence after police say a man attempted to break into an apartment on Bronxville Road.  They say he climbed the fire escape to get in.
No one was injured, but authorities say he got away with some jewelry.
Police believe it is the same brazen bandit who also broke into an apartment on Feb. 14.
Anyone with any information is encouraged to call Yonkers police at 914-377-7900.
Police are also offering a $1,000 reward for any information that leads to an arrest of the suspect.
