Drivers in Yonkers take caution on icy, slushy roads

The streets in Yonkers were covered with slippery slush after the snow stopped Tuesday afternoon. Into the night, officials warned residents to watch out for icy patches.
Drivers that News 12 spoke to said they were taking it slow.
"We're seeing a lot of ice and snow and thank God there aren't a lot of people on the road. They're staying home, which is a good thing," said Eric Dioguardi, of Yonkers.
DPW trucks were steadily plowing the roads Tuesday night.
