LI protest demands separated migrant children be reunited with parents

Protesters gathered Sunday in Huntington Station to demand that thousands of migrant children who were separated from their parents at the U.S. border be reunited.
Organizers say a new report found children were separated from their parents before President Donald Trump's Zero Tolerance Policy.

They say officials failed to keep records of their identities, or where they were sent.
"To do this to children is inhumane, and to turn around and say it’s not feasible, too much time, too much effort, totally unacceptable," says Sharon Golden, of Together We Will Long Island.
