Ossining HS spreads kindness on ‘P.S. I Love You Day’

OSSINING -

Students at Ossining High School were spreading the love Friday in honor of “P.S. I Love You Day” – a campaign created by two sisters from Long Island that lost their father to suicide.

The day is aimed at promoting kindness and creating awareness for mental health.

It’s an important reminder on a hard day for several students who continue to mourn the recent unexpected loss of an Ossining graduate.

"So many bad things are happening in the world…people need to know that you are loved no matter what you're going through," said student Bailey Alpolla.

Ossining High School plans to keep a banner displaying, “You are loved” in its hallway.
