A class in Cortlandt that's all about moving in a healthier direction is one of the winners in News 12’s Fitness Face-off.
People flock to Retro Fitness for its intense and inclusive spinning classes.
Several diverse instructors lead a dynamic class filled with lights and music.
Retro Fitness received more than 19,000 votes, and instructors say the environment inside the spin studio is unlike anywhere else. “People take the class to get away from the outside world, to forget about their struggles or priorities, to let loose and have fun and being motivated and healthy,” says Adolfo Godinez, of Retro Fitness
