Residents in Congers say they enjoyed the first snowfall of 2019 as a winter storm hit the area Saturday evening.

Bob Schapp of New City says he has actually been looking forward to the snow.

Children say they've took advantage of the snowy streets before plows clean them by driving ATVs.

Westchester officials say snow plows will be out in full force, but residents will have to take care of their driveways.

They also encourage residents to stay inside.
