Officials: 13 displaced in multifamily house fire in Poughkeepsie

Thirteen people will ring in the New Year without a home after a fire in Dutchess County.

Red Cross officials say it happened Sunday morning at a multifamily home on Academy Street in Poughkeepsie.

Ten adults and three children were displaced.

It is not clear what caused the fire.

Further details surrounding the incident and the state of the home were not immediately available.
