A Westchester County probation officer is suing the department over alleged discrimination.

According to court documents, Karen Stowe Styles missed work due to an autoimmune disorder caused by Lyme disease.

The complaint claims the Yonkers woman was told if she continued to use her sick time, she would lose her position.

It also alleges that her request to work from home was denied, but other employees who were not African-American were able to do so.
