A fire broke out overnight at a car repair shop in Newburgh.

A fire broke out overnight at a car repair shop in Newburgh. 

Fire officials say it happened around 11:30 p.m. on Broadway. 

According to officials, one person was in the building at the time but was able to get out unharmed. 

By the time firefighters arrived, the building was fully engulfed in flames.  

Over 50 firefighters that were on the scene got things under control by 3 a.m. 

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
