Scarsdale neighbors fear of flooding from heavy storms

Heavy storms are causing flooding concerns throughout the Hudson Valley, including in Scarsdale.

The Hutchinson River swells when there's heavy rain, with water spilling out into the nearby neighborhood.

In the past, Sprague Avenue near Wilmot Road has looked almost like a lake. Neighbors have used towels to dry up some of the overflow into their homes.

The storm also has the potential to knock down trees and power lines, causing outages.
