Former White Plains Mayor Alfred Del Vecchio dies at 95

Alfred Del Vecchio, White Plains' longest serving mayor, died Wednesday. He was 95
Del Vecchio served four terms as mayor from 1976 to 1993.
During his tenure, he oversaw the building of a new public safety building, city court building and reconstruction and expansion of the city's Ebersole ice-skating rink.
Del Vecchio is survived by his wife and seven children.
