Anti-Semitic post targeted Jewish community for measles outbreak

A malicious comment posted on Rockland County’s government Facebook page targeted the Hasidic community for the current measles outbreak.
The comment mentions burning down buildings and getting rid of Jews in Rockland County.
County officials took down the post and put up another post calling the commentary revolting and unacceptable.
There are 87 cases of measles in Rockland County, but County Executive Ed Day says to remember that it came from five people overseas.
"We avoided a much worse scenario because of the active course of actions of the health department," says Day.
The outbreak has been mostly in the Monsey, Spring Valley and Kaser area, where the visitors came from.
As a precaution, Rockland County officials have banned children who haven't been vaccinated from going to school.
