Police: 1 dead, 4 in custody after Target shooting in Albee Square

Police say one person died and four people are in custody following a shooting late Wednesday night inside a Target store in Brooklyn’s Albee Square.
News 12 has exclusive video of the shooting. A man can be seen pointing a gun at two other men, one of whom had a knife.
Sources say the two men were taunting the shooter. The man who died, identified as 25-year-old Carlton Spencer, is not seen in the video.
Sources say the victim tried to punch the shooter, but was then fatally shot.
Police say the incident may be gang-related.
News 12 reached out to Target for a statement. They responded with saying in part, "The store's security team worked quickly to call law enforcement and protect other guests and staff members."
They say they'll reopen the store as safely as they can.
Meanwhile, City Point, the complex where that Target is located, released a statement saying, "The safety of the surrounding community and those shopping and working at city point is of paramount importance. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of everyone impacted by this terrible incident."
