Taco Bell Salsa Con Queso recalled due to botulism risk

Taco Bell Salsa Con Queso Mild Cheese Dip, is being voluntarily recalled due to a potentially fatal form of food poisoning.
The manufacturer, Kraft Heinz, says 15 ounce jars show signs of product separation, which can lead to botulism.
The public is warned not to eat the dip, even if it looks or smells fine.
All consumers are asked to either throw the dip away or bring it back to the store for a refund.
Symptoms of botulism include general weakness, dizziness, double vision, and trouble with speaking or swallowing. Anyone who experiences these problems should seek immediate medical attention.
The company says there have been no consumer complaints or reports of illness related to this issue to date.
