VALHALLA -

A show of Italian pride held its 25th anniversary in Valhalla this weekend.

Thousands gathered at the Kensico Dam Plaza for the Annual Italian Heritage Festival.

The event, complete with delicious Italian food had tons of family fun activities.

The money raised will be given out as scholarships to local high school seniors and donated to medical research. "Our job is just to spread the wealth, help out as much as we can, and also at the same time, maintain our heritage and be very proud of who we are," says Mario Cermele, president of Antonio Meucci Lodge #213.
