WHITE PLAINS -

The New York Liberty basketball team will call the Hudson Valley home.

The women’s basketball team is moving to the Westchester County Center after the Madison Square Garden Company failed to find a buyer for the franchise.

Kathy O'Donnell, who heads the Westchester Parks Department, says the team will play all 15 games of its 22nd season in White Plains, a first for the county.

Basketball fans can see the women play for as little at $14 a ticket.
