West NY teacher accused of distributing child pornography

An elementary school teacher from West New York is facing federal charges after being accused of distributing child pornography.
Lizandra Rios has been accused of distributing a video of a baby being inappropriately touched.
She has been placed on administrative leave from Robert Menendez School.
Rios admits to filming the video on her cellphone and is out on bail.
She will be required to undergo mental health therapy as a condition of her release.
A statement released by the school says, "While the West New York Board of Education cannot speak on personnel matters, the Board can confirm that it was notified that a teacher was arrested and that the arrest was not related to the teacher's official duties in the School District."
